Israel-Hamas War Day 47: The Al Shifa Operation, Biweekly war update: 11/22/2023

The IDF has embarked on a mission to target the Hamas headquarters and military center at the Al Shifa Hospital in Gaza. This paper will review Israel’s objectives in this operation, prove conclusively that Hamas uses it for military means while cynically making use of a sensitive civilian site, and compare it to other case studies in warfare.
